北タイ・メコン河支流イン川流域における漁場と竹・籐の利用・管理に関する調査報告 A Research Report on Management system of fishing territory and bamboo-rattan use in the Ing River of Mekong Watershed in Northern Thailand 大西, 秀之 328 オオニシ, ヒデユキ ONISHI, Hideyuki 329 河川漁撈｜共有権｜資源管理｜竹細工｜“伝統的”技能｜土着の知識 bamboo-rattan craft｜common property｜local knowledge｜resource management｜river fishing｜“traditional” technology application/pdf 本報告は、2003年10月15～22日に、北タイ・イン川流域で実施した現地調査に基づくものである。現地調査では、イン川流域に位置する8ヶ村において、河川漁撈に関わる人々の知識と実践について観察・聞き取りを実施した。とくに、そこでは、漁場や竹・籐の利用・管理に焦点を絞り、そのあり方と社会的・生態的環境の関係を検討した。注目すべき側面として、市場経済との接続や資源の枯渇などによって、本来は慣習的に共有されてきた漁場や竹・籐などの私有的・占有的な管理や利用が行われるようになり、その資源に対する所有権や利用・管理の変化が窺われた。 This report is based on my field research in the Ing River of Mekong Watershed in Northern Thailand. In the research, I investigated the local knowledge and local practices of river fishermen in eight villages. This report focuses on resources management concerned with fishing territory and bamboo-rattan use, and describes the relationships between management system and socio-ecological environment in each area.
