The results had shown that in 1990s, the precipitation, potential evapotranspiration, actual evapotranspiration and runoff was 5%, 0.9%, 10% and 21 % less than that of the baseline period (1960-1990). The precipitation elasticity of runoff is around 2, implicating that 5% reduction in precipitation may result in 10% reduction of runoff.
