In addition to effects of water resource management and a coordination network of water on the river biodiversity, I preliminarily discuss the role of state or local politics in environmental management.\nI would like to review issues of fish ecology and fisheries of local watershed in the first year, 2003, of the present project, in the second year analyze environment changes by human activities, and describe multiple uses of resources and associated socio-economic considerations of the river in third year.
