| 内容記述 | Many species of insects are used for food in Laos. They are collected from eco-tone areas such as secondary forest nearby settlement, cultivated land and small stream and ponds. Insects are collected easily but some skills are also adopted for more harvesting. People admire special taste which each species has their own and they collect during good season. Use of insects indicates that people recognize the biodiversity and they make the advantage of it. In further study the food-use of insects are surveyed from the view of subsistence activity (time and spatial) , cooking and usage and marketing. |
