| 内容記述 | ドンクワーイ村におけるキノコ栽培の展開と栽培方法の技術的特徴を検討した。その結果、この村でのキノコ栽培は、周辺における市場発達を背景に、村人の関心が集まり、またその栽培技術が、身近にある資源で大部分がまかなえるものであったため、近年の急速な展開をしてきたものと考えられた。さらに、このキノコ栽培は、資源利用上の、また季節的な労働配分の観点から、この村の生業複合に無理なく組み込まれるものとして評価できる。 | |||||

| 内容記述 | This paper shows expansion and technical feature of mushroom cultivation in Donkwaai Village. Mushroom cultivation have expanded rapidly in this village, because recent development of marketplace around the village is making mushroom cultivating more attractive for the villagers and the cultivating practice need almost only the materials which the villagers can obtain around them easily. This can be evaluated as an adaptive industry built in subsistence complex in this village from the view points of efficient resource use and seasonal labor allocation. | |||||
